We at Coforge are hiring a Project Manager with the following skillset:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure continuous improvement
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment
Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and other Agile metrics
Ensure alignment between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication plans
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in data migration or similar IT projects
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies
Experience with data migration tools, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (good to have)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with data governance requirements
Familiarity with data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques
