Project Manager Civil

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented project manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate projects. The role involves planning, coordination, and on-site management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Planning

• Manage the complete lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover
• Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and execution strategies
• Ensure adherence to approved plans and regulatory requirements

2. Project Time Management (Key Focus Area)

• Develop and strictly monitor project timelines and milestones
• Ensure timely completion of each stage of construction
• Identify potential delays in advance and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to avoid bottlenecks and downtime
• Maintain daily/weekly progress tracking against planned schedules

3. Site Management

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure construction quality meets industry standards
• Maintain safety protocols at site
• Handle inspections and ensure compliance with local authorities

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Provide regular updates on project progress to management
• Highlight delays, risks, and mitigation plans proactively
• Maintain proper documentation and reports

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1020 years of experience in real estate/construction project management
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and time management
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and teams
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Profile

• Based in Mumbai and comfortable with job location.

Compensation

• Salary: 7 LPA 11 LPA (based on experience and project exposure)
