Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end project lifecycles within a tech environment, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal team performance
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 58 years of experience in project management within a technology company
• Strong understanding of technical project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) including in depth understanding of APIs, SDK
• Must have worked on Integration implementations with total ownership
• Experience working in a product-based or fintech organization with knowledge of security and compliances
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies
• Will include travel to client locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus
