Project Manager - CAD Operations

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Project Manager to lead workflow management for our dynamic CAD team. The workflow is streamlined, highly time-sensitive, and built for speed and ownership.. The ideal candidate will own and optimize our project management systems through our inhouse tech-portals, ClickUp and so on, ensuring seamless communication across departments, manage timelines meticulously, and swiftly resolve any operational blockers.

Start : Immediate/or latest by Mid of May

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and fully leverage the inhouse tech & task management, timeline tracking, and workflow automation, ensuring all team activities are updated, accurate, and reflective of real-time project statuses.
• Liaise directly with Account Management teams for status updates, requirements gathering, and queries, minimizing operational layers and ensuring clarity in communication.
• Prioritize project tasks efficiently, adapting swiftly to changing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow bottlenecks, escalating issues appropriately to maintain momentum.
• Foster strong relationships with CAD Heads and the broader team, enabling them to focus on approvals and quality control.
• Continuously refine processes for optimal asynchronous collaboration, particularly across different time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a technical/engineering, product design, or CAD-related environment.
• Expertise with ClickUp or similar project management tools; must be capable of driving platform adoption and maximizing its capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate timelines, tasks, and solutions across teams and leadership.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Adept problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential project risks.
• Experience in managing remote or geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
