Job Title: Project Manager / Head of Construction

Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of day-to-day construction site operations and ensure projects are executed as per timelines, quality standards, and approved plans.
• Coordinate with Architects, PMC Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Site Teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, site quality, safety standards, and overall execution activities.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors while ensuring timely material availability at site.
• Resolve on-site technical, operational, and execution-related issues with full ownership.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved BOQs, drawings, and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for budgeting, billing verification, and cost control.
• Take ownership of overall work and ensure execution discipline without requiring constant supervision from management.

Qualifications Required:

• 06-12 years of overall construction/site execution experience with at least 5 years in a Project Manager or Head of Construction role.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant civil construction qualification.
• Strong experience in handling end-to-end construction site operations independently.
• Sound knowledge of construction execution, quality control, project coordination, and vendor management.
• Experience managing Architects, PMC Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of BOQs, billing verification, project scheduling, and site documentation.
• Self-driven professional with strong ownership mindset and ability to execute projects without constant supervision.
