Job Description
PMO (Project Management Office) Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional to support project governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and operational activities across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project updates, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, dashboards, MIS reports, and status reports using Excel.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and governance activities.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and share MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across projects.
- Assist in resource planning and project reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and compliance standards.
- Support vendor coordination and third-party engagement activities.
- Exposure to TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) processes is good to have.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, reporting).
- Good understanding of project coordination and PMO activities.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management).
- Exposure to governance, risk, or compliance processes.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or Confluence.
Experience
- 38 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Governance roles.
