Our portfolio spans multiple live products across domains, and we're in active build and scale mode across all of them.

The Role

We're looking for a technically grounded, execution-obsessed IT Project Manager with 47 years of hands-on experience driving complex software products from concept to production. You've done the 01 taken a product or platform from a blank slate through architecture, development sprints, QA cycles, and go-live and you know exactly what breaks at each stage.

You'll own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent product streams, working directly with engineering leads, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. You'll be expected to be in the weeds understanding sprint velocity, flagging architectural risks before they become blockers.

What You'll Own

• Drive full SDLC ownership across SaaS and marketplace products from requirements grooming and sprint planning through UAT, deployment, and post-launch iteration.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into scoped, prioritized technical backlogs. You'll be writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs not just forwarding them.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (1520 engineers, designers, QA) across parallel workstreams with competing timelines and shared infrastructure dependencies.
• Own project velocity track burndown, manage scope creep proactively, and escalate blockers before they slip the timeline.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement) with meaningful output no cargo-cult scrum.
• Coordinate release planning with DevOps/infra teams you understand what a deployment pipeline looks like, what a rollback plan requires, and why staging parity matters.
• Build and maintain detailed risk registers with mitigation and contingency plans; present status transparently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and enforce project governance: documentation standards, change control, version tracking, and milestone sign-offs.
• Drive vendor and third-party integration timelines where API dependencies, SLAs, or licensing introduce delivery risk.

What We're Looking For

• 47 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS product development or B2B/B2C platform delivery.
• Demonstrated experience taking at least one product or major feature from 01 scoped from scratch, built, and shipped to production.
• Proficiency with modern agile tooling: Jira, Confluence, Linear, or equivalent not just as a user, but as the person who configures and owns the workflow.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and how infra decisions affect delivery timelines and cost.
• Experience managing multi-vendor or offshore development teams with async collaboration norms.
• Ability to independently produce: BRDs, FRDs, project charters, sprint reports, risk matrices, and stakeholder decks.
• Exceptional at prioritization under pressure you've managed scope conversations with clients and internal stakeholders and know how to say no constructively.

Preferred

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Exposure to AI/ML product delivery cycles, or experience shipping integrations with LLM APIs or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing frameworks, or growth instrumentation as part of post-launch delivery.
