Role Overview:

You will act as the central driving force across technology, delivery, operations, and client engagementensuring everything runs seamlessly while scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive end-to-end delivery, strategy, and execution

Lead large cross-functional teams (Tech, QA, Product, Operations)

Take critical business & technical decisions independently

Manage key clients, stakeholders, and escalations

Ensure revenue goals, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks are met

Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams

Identify growth opportunities and improve overall business efficiency
