Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business goals.

NOTE: Project management tasks with US customer experience is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans and timelines

Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders

Allocate resources effectively and track project performance

Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Monitor progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders

Facilitate meetings, reviews, and project updates

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards

Improve processes and implement best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, Management, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks

Industry-specific experience (IT, construction, healthcare, etc.)
