Project Manager

We have urgent requirement for Software Project Manager (Banking Domain) for one of our esteemed Clients.

Position: Software Project Manager Banking Domain

: Noida

: 10+ Years

Please note that the Interviews will be Face to Face

Apply only if, you have previously worked or currently working in the Banking domain. We are focusing only on candidates from IT background. Non IT profiles wont be considered.

• Manage software projects across development, implementation, and support lifecycles.
• Collaborate with development teams, technical leads, and business analysts to define technical direction and system design
• Define, track, and manage project milestones, schedules, and detailed project plans
• Customize project management and delivery processes based on project needs
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, and quality parameters
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors and clients
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Drive decision-making, including trade-offs and risk-based prioritization
• Contribute to strategic planning and asset creation initiatives
• Mentor and coach team members on software development best practices

& :

• 9+ years of software development experience with strong knowledge of PMP principles
• 3 - 4 years of Project Management experience, especially in Digital Transformation initiatives (fixed price model)
• Experience working with banking clients is highly preferred
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Background in software development using Java/J2EE
• Expertise in project estimation, budgeting, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Project (or similar tools) and MS Office
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (1520 members)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
