Project Management Officer

About the Role

A leading global consulting firm, is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to support their Portfolio Enablement function. This role is ideal for someone who is executiondriven, detailoriented, and comfortable working across multiple operational workstreams to ensure seamless delivery and reporting. You will work directly with Platform Team Leads and cross-functional partners to maintain dashboards, track budgets, support governance routines, and prepare executive-level materials for business reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Provide hands-on day-to-day operational and project support across Portfolio Enablement workstreams for execution and coordination.
• Build, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards for visibility, reporting and dashboard management.
• Prepare and revise content for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Experience supporting technical or platform-focused project teams.
• Partner with Platform Leads to monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual spend.
• Advanced skills in building executive-level presentations and business review content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills
