About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team. Over the course of this 3-month internship, you will work closely with our project managers, gaining hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering web-based projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and managing project lifecycles from initiation to delivery

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks

Help maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports

Support stakeholder communication and prepare regular project updates

Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

Identify and flag project risks or blockers to the project manager

Contribute to process improvements and project documentation

What We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Familiarity with web design and web development processes is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, or project tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in-office setting
