Project Management Associate

Experience

• 24 years of demonstrated experience in managing engineering projects
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end engineering lifecycle of solar/power projects
• Consulting/engineering design background preferred

Core Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

• Demonstrated experience in managing complete project lifecycle (feasibility > design > execution support > handover)
• Strong understanding of civil, structural and electrical engineering interfaces in solar/power projects
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in client coordination and handling external stakeholders
• Ability to translate project requirements into internal execution plans

Role

• Manage end-to-end delivery coordination of engineering projects (solar/power)
• Drive planning, tracking and execution of design deliverables across teams
• Coordinate between civil, electrical, and external stakeholders for integrated outcomes
• Monitor timelines, identify risks and drive resolution proactively
• Lead client interactions, reviews and reporting
• Ensure quality, consistency and completeness of project outputs
• Support project closure, documentation and handover

Software

• MS Excel (advanced working proficiency)
• Project tracking tools (MS Project / equivalent preferred)
• Familiarity with engineering tools (AutoCAD, PVsyst, STAAD etc.)

Qualification

• B.E. in Civil / Electrical or related engineering discipline
• MBA in Operations/APM
