Role Description:
Scrutinize purchase orders (POs) and provide timely acknowledgment to clients.
Release Sales Orders (SOs) to the respective departments for execution.
Conduct Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and establish project execution plans.
Prepare and maintain project schedules in MS Project, mapping critical milestones against the Contractual Delivery Date (CDD).
Liaise with cross-functional teams to expedite project activities and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor critical project milestones and proactively prevent or address schedule slippages.
Act as an effective facilitator between internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial queries.
Coordinate with Third-Party Inspectors (TPI) and customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Ensure timely coordination and submission of commercial documents such as Bank Guarantees (BG), Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG), and related contractual requirements.
Ensure timely achievement and collection of payment milestones.
Prepare and maintain the Vendor Document List (VDL).
Coordinate dispatch activities with the factory, logistics teams, and clients.
Identify, escalate, and ensure timely resolution of project risks, red flags, and potential delays.
Skills:
Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Goal-oriented professional with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelors Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
35 years of relevant experience in Project Engineering, EPC Projects, Heavy Fabrication, or Manufacturing industries.
