Project Engineer

Job Description:

1. Mandatory experience working on Rockwell plc.
2. Execute mid to large Size PLC & VFD projects of 500 IOs & get it executed through engineers as in team lead position. Experience of EPC & BOP ( Balance of plant ) project execution will be an advantage.
3. Front end with customer for getting engineering inputs, get systems ready for FAT and enabling team to take up the execution of projects.
4. Knowledge of PLC , Drives , HMI & Scada programming for 5-6 years. Rockwell PLC programming will be an advantage & preferred.
5. Experience of site commissioning of PLCs, HMI, Scada & Drives of mid size projects of 500 IOs . Must have completed 5 sites of mid size projects with respect to software development & commissioning the PLC systems at site.
6. Interested in learning new skills in the industrial automation field such as multiple Networking with different makes of PLCs, Drives & iMCCs etc. Develop information technology related expertise cyber security , virtualization , MIS reporting wrt control systems.
7. Ability to take up execution of PLC ,Scada , HMI and VFD based systems with team support and mentoring team to develop skills in independent execution of PLC & Drives based projects.
8. Scheduling and planning and implementation of PLC based projects from engineering , software development and commissioning fronts.
9. Develop skill sets with self & team for execution of PLC & Drives based projects in time , in cost with available resources.
10. Working on Standardizing Project OEM applications for quick execution and turn out more jobs with available team.
