Project Engineer /Project Manager

Role Description:

We are looking for Project Engineers / Project Managers to lead and coordinate API and formulation plant projects from concept to execution.

Experience: 312 years

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical consulting, pharmaceutical project execution, plant engineering or plant management

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with clients and leading project teams

Planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress reporting of projects

Coordination between civil, architectural, electrical, HVAC and mechanical contractors

Development of concept, basic and detailed engineering packages

Preparation of User Requirement Specifications (URS)

Preparation of techno-commercial recommendations

Coordination and approval of GA drawings for process and utility equipment

Review of engineering documents, layouts, P&IDs and supplier documents for regulatory compliance and actual practices

Project monitoring, documentation and quality assurance activities

Involvement in facility conceptualization, utility planning and execution coordination

Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams

Support in business development and marketing activities wherever required

Qualifications:

BE / B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience in pharmaceutical consulting, design, execution or plant management

Understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical compliance practices

Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

Good understanding of sterile, API and OSD facility requirements

Experience in equipment URS preparation and technical documentation

Strong project management, coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and client interactions effectively
