Job Purpose:

To manage and coordinate offshore Oil & Gas projects by ensuring effective execution, adherence to timelines, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute offshore EPC project activities
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
• Support procurement activities including vendor coordination and material tracking
• Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards across all project phases
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 815 years of relevant experience in Offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution lifecycle
• Experience in offshore platform / subsea / brownfield or greenfield projects preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
