Nerve Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Project Delivery Manager to drive sprint execution, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives

Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments

Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions

Coordinate with Engineering Leads and Managers to resolve technical and resource-related blockers

Manage stakeholder and client communications, including project updates, scope discussions, and timeline management

Maintain project dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics using Jira, Asana, or similar tools

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Project Delivery, Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or related roles

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management tools

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification is a plus
