Project Cordinator & Estimation (Waterproofing)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Project Coordinator & Estimation (Waterproofing). The role involves coordinating project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring project deliverables align with quality and time standards. The professional will also be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing material and labor needs, engaging with suppliers and clients, and supporting project reviews to ensure smooth execution and compliance with technical standards.

• Professional project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site supervision
• Proficiency in estimation skills, including preparing project budgets and material & labor cost analysis
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and techniques, including IMPERMAX Cold Polyurea, IPANEX Liquid Crystalline Admix, and injection grouting systems
• Ability to engage with stakeholders, such as suppliers, contractors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of technical drawings and specifications
• Engineering or construction-related qualification is preferred; prior experience in waterproofing projects is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in using project management and estimation software is desirable
