Project Co-ordinator

Position Overview: The Program Assistant in the Project Delivery team will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of project activities. This role involves coordinating between different teams, managing documentation, tracking project progress, and assisting in reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
• Track project deliverables and timelines, ensuring that milestones are met.
• Manage project-related communications, both internal and external.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Product Configuration & Consultancy.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, workshops, and client interactions.
• Support the project team with administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence and project data. Help in maintaining compliance with project management standards and processes.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a project support administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (MS Project, Trello, ZOHO, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
