Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of mobile and web development projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear project briefs for development teams
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks with mitigation plans
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct daily Scrum meetings and support Agile workflows
• Deliver project updates, demos, and presentations to clients
• Review deliverables to maintain quality standards
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports
• Support recruitment planning to ensure optimal team bandwidth

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT project coordination or similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Highly organized, patient, and detail-oriented
• A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
