Project Coordinator – Site Survey & Client Operations

Retrack Automation is a Bengaluru-based smart fuel management and automation company. We help construction, mining, infrastructure, logistics, industrial, and fleet-based businesses track every litre of fuel, reduce fuel pilferage, digitize fuel operations, and improve operational efficiency using RFID, IoT, cloud dashboards, mobile monitoring, and automation systems.

We are looking for a responsible and communication-focused candidate to join our operations team.

The candidate will be responsible for site surveys, understanding customer requirements, coordinating installation activities, building strong customer relationships, and following up on delivery and implementation status. This role requires good communication skills, ownership, travel readiness, and the ability to coordinate between customers, internal teams, and installation teams.

• Visit client sites to conduct site surveys and understand installation requirements.
• Coordinate with customers to collect site details, operational requirements, and installation inputs.
• Support the installation planning process for fuel automation systems, RFID-based vehicle authorization, fuel dispensing tracking systems, and dashboard-related implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, site managers, fuel managers, and operations teams.
• Follow up on material delivery, installation status, and project progress.
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain proper communication with customers before, during, and after installation.
• Share regular updates and reports with the management team.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support customer training and basic product explanation when required.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi are required.
• Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across India and, when required, outside India.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
• Should be confident, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Should be a team player with strong ownership and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial sites, automation, fuel management, or project coordination will be an added advantage.

Preferred qualifications:

• Engineering degree or diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields
• or
• MBA with interest in operations, project coordination, or customer management
• or
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field with strong communication and coordination skills

Freshers with the right attitude may be considered. Experience in site coordination, project coordination, industrial sales support, customer relationship management, or operations will be preferred.

1.8 LPA to 3.6 LPA

Salary will be based on the candidates experience, communication skills, travel readiness, and overall suitability for the role.
