Jannah The Trunk Show

As Jannah continues to grow, we're looking for a Project Coordinator who can become an integral part of the journey and help bring each edition to life.

This role goes beyond coordination. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, think proactively, and work closely with the founder to ensure everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the show.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing communication with participating brands and ensuring timely follow-ups
Building and maintaining strong relationships with designers and brand partners
Researching and creating databases of premium designers and potential exhibitors
Supporting the planning and execution of the show from start to finish
Being actively involved during show days and ensuring smooth coordination on the ground
Contributing ideas to elevate the Jannah experience, creative direction, and overall presentation
Working closely with the founder on day-to-day planning, execution, and development of the platform

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Proactive, resourceful, and highly organised
Confident communicating with premium brands and designers
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
Creative and willing to contribute ideas beyond their core responsibilities
Present, dependable, and hands-on during event execution
Passionate about fashion, luxury, events, or brand building

Commitment

This role requires full-time availability once Jannah's preparation phase begins and throughout the show period. We're looking for someone who can be fully invested during the most important stages of execution.
