Job Description

SuperLabs is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator Intern to support project planning, execution, and coordination activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time projects and an excellent opportunity to build project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities and timelines
• Support project managers in tracking tasks and deliverables
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare basic project reports, documentation, and updates
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Help maintain project trackers and status dashboards
• Support day-to-day operational and coordination tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of project coordination or management concepts
• Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
