Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator & Client Relations Specialist Industry: Visual Merchandising (Retail)

Role Summary: We are looking for a high-energy Project Coordinator to manage our retail client accounts. You will be the vital link between our clients (retail brands) and our internal production team. The role requires someone who can decode brand guidelines, provide rapid-fire estimates, and ensure high-quality VM elements (signage, displays, POP/POS materials) are delivered to retail stores on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Client Liaison: Manage daily communication with retail clients, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines.
• Rapid Estimation: Prepare precise project quotes in Excel for various VM elements (e.g., floor displays, window units, signage), ensuring profitability and accuracy.
• Production Briefing: Translate client requests into clear, actionable briefs for the production team.
• Rollout Management: Coordinate the dispatch and installation timelines for retail store rollouts.
• Quality Control: Ensure all finished VM units align with the clients brand book and visual standards before shipping.

Required Skills:

• Retail Awareness: Proven experience in retail operations, VM, or agency-side retail activations.
• Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills for building dynamic pricing sheets and tracking project estimates.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage high-pressure retail deadlines and "last-minute" store requirements.
