Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator (Localization) | Immediate Joiner

Summary:

Were looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator (Localization) to manage task assignments, support project execution, and ensure timely delivery of multilingual content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming localization project requests and assign tasks to linguists based on expertise, availability, and deadlines
• Manage daily project workflows, ensuring tasks are tracked, updated, and completed on time
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with Project Managers to align on priorities, timelines, and workload forecasting
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records of task assignments, batch statuses, and project updates
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and contractual guidelines
• Communicate regularly with linguists to provide instructions, resolve queries, and ensure smooth execution
• Track daily production and ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation to support accurate and timely invoicing
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow management

Skills & Qualifications:

• 16 years of experience in project coordination, localization, production, or a similar operations role
• Basic understanding of localization workflows, translation processes, or CAT/TMS tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
