Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support and coordinate Salesforce and Channel Connect initiatives across the organization. The role involves project coordination, business requirement gathering, data management, stakeholder communication, testing, and implementation support.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project success by managing large datasets, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting system enhancements and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining project-related data and reports.

1. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
2. Coordinating with stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.
3. Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and tracking issues through to resolution.
4. Handling a large set of data and managing cleaning processes.
5. Preparing project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
6. Monitoring project timelines and following up on action items.
7. Supporting implementation, training, and post-deployment activities.
8. Ensuring timely communication between business and technical teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience in project coordination or business analysis will be an added advantage
• Prior experience using Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
