Project Associate

Job Title: Project Associate

Experience: 1 - 3 years

• Basic Project Management skills
• Open Work Orders
• Updating SRs with dates/other pertinent information
• Closing Work Orders including debrief
• Reporting / comparison
• Engage external customer to validate work scope / contacts
• Asset set up support (via Masterdata) / Asset management
• Purchase order requests/submissions
• Submission of Subcontractor work to accounting / AP
• Submitting requests for tech assignments / pre-staging
• Arranging freight delivery from distribution centers to customer site
• Manage Key requests / initialization keys
• Sales order creation
• Fluent English Speaking
• Working US Hours to support PMO team
