Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant Intern to support ongoing projects and assist the team in coordination, documentation, and execution activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to AI-driven tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day project coordination and tracking activities

Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations

Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and ensure timely task completion

Maintain project data, trackers, and status reports

Help in scheduling meetings and recording minutes of meetings (MOM)

Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and follow-ups

Support project managers in execution and delivery of tasks

Utilize AI-based tools (such as ChatGPT, automation tools, or analytics platforms) to improve documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency

Assist in data analysis and generate insights using AI/automation tools

Support in streamlining processes through digital and AI-driven solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed graduation (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in business operations

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of project management concepts

Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, or project tracking tools

Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, data analytics tools, automation platforms)

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in digital transformation and AI-driven business processes
