About the firm

JJ Associates is a Bengaluru-based architecture and interior design practice with over 40 years of working across varied scales of work in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We're looking for a mid-level architect ready to lead a small team and run multiple live projects in parallel within our multi-team office.

Role Responsibilities

Lead a team of junior architects and interns on day-to-day design and delivery

Manage 1012 concurrent projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality

Take projects from concept through to completion design development, drawings, tender, site

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors

Review team output for design quality, detailing, and accuracy

Liaise directly with clients on design intent and project progress

Qualifications

B.Arch with 25 years of post-qualification experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects

Demonstrated experience handling projects from start to finish

Ability to lead, mentor, and review the work of juniors and interns

Comfortable juggling 10+ projects in a multi-team setup

Software Skills

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or V-Ray, Photoshop

MS Office Suite

Basic knowledge of AI tools and workflows is a strong bonus
