About the Role :

We are seeking a highly capable Project Architect Coordination Lead to anchor the seamless execution of our projects. This role is central to our studiobridging design, technical detailing, consultants, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring clarity, consistency, and coordination across all stages of a project.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Lead coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines

2) Oversee and align all drawing packages:

3) Schematic Planning

4) Detailed Drawings (MEP, working drawings)

5) Interior Drawings & Render Outputs

6) Facade / Exterior Development

7) Review drawings for accuracy, conflicts, and buildability

8) Interface with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and clients

9) Ensure timely issuance of drawings with proper version control

10) Translate design intent into clear, executable documentation

11) Maintain workflow clarity within the studio and across sites

Required Experience & Skills :

-6- 8 years of professional experience in architectural practice

-Strong command over multi-disciplinary coordination

-Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

-Experience handling projects through design to execution stages

-Working knowledge of : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Blender, and MS Office

-Strong communication and decision-making ability

Required Qualities & Values :

-Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture

-Confident in dealing with clients and consultants

Compensation :

• Aligned with experience and capability (benchmark: 6L 9L per annum)
