Over the last two decades, we have successfully transformed the lives of thousands of children and youth and improved the educational learning experience of students in over 100 Govt. schools in urban Bangalore and rural Karnataka. Key Responsibilities Programme Manager, TYDE (Transformational Youth Development)

• Design and implement innovative, future-ready youth development programmes to enhance learning relevance and outcomes
• Lead comprehensive student profiling and needs assessments, to chart personalised career pathways
• Work closely with volunteers and tech experts to develop TYDE curriculum, to equip students with foundational understanding of AI, automation and their implications for the future of work
• Provide holistic mentorship and career guidance that prepares students for today's job market building adaptability, critical thinking and a growth mindset alongside domain skills
• Coordinate effectively with Donors, Volunteers, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to maximise benefits and engagement across the student community
• Drive rigorous programme reviews across design, execution and reporting phases, to ensure quality, accountability and continuous improvement
• Build and manage an active industry network to create internship, mentoring and placement opportunities for the students
• Enable strong placement outcomes for graduating students by aligning their profiles with emerging career pathways and equipping them with the tools, confidence and networks to thrive in a rapidly changing world

Qualifications:

• Preferably Masters or Bachelors in Engineering or science stream
• Experience in managing youth/education programmes
• Passion for youth development and education transformation.
• Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring skills
