About the Role

Were seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end transformation delivery, especially across SAP, TMS, and Tier-1 WMS platforms (Manhattan Active WM, Blue Yonder WMS). Youll work closely with global stakeholders, system integrators, and internal IT teams to deliver high-impact programs aligned with strategic goals and budgets.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program / Project Delivery Leadership
• Proven success driving large-scale transformation programs (Supply Chain, Finance, Ecommerce)
• Strong exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or Warehousing
• Experience managing global, distributed teams and multiple vendors
• Expertise in 23 areas:
• Integration services (development & deployment)
• BI / Reporting solutions
• SAP customizations
• Strong understanding of QA strategies and delivery excellence
• Proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year programs
• Ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
• Establish delivery standards, governance, and best practices
• Track program health using KPIs, RAID logs, and governance forums
• Collaborate with leadership, architects, and business teams
• Drive risk mitigation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
