Job Title - Program Manager HR

Primary Location: Dholera

(Certain days from Ahmedabad / GIFT City office if required)

We are looking for a Sharp, dynamic and adaptable professional to work closely with the Senior Leadership and provide executivelevel support. This is a fastpaced role, ideal for someone who is flexible with workdays and priorities and comfortable working primarily from the Dholera location.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Senior Leadership on daily priorities and initiatives
• Prepare highquality presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Support data analysis and HR analytics for leadership decisionmaking
• Contribute to HR initiatives including onboarding and crossfunctional projects

Who Were Looking For

• 25 years of work experience
• Strong handson skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Tier 1 / Tier 2 college graduates preferred
• Open to flexible workdays and working mainly from Dholera
