About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished, exceptionally versatile Consultant/Senior Consultant, Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our strategic initiatives. This is a critical advisory and execution position for an elite professional who demands excellence in everything they do.

The ideal candidate seamlessly blends visionary thinking with meticulous, hands -on execution. You will act as the primary operational driver for the company, simultaneously architecting, overseeing, and successfully delivering 20+ concurrent, highly complex work streams . You possess world -class communication skills, an uncompromising commitment to quality, and the unparalleled ability to navigate ambiguity to drive results across every facet of the business.

Role summary

This role is a high-impact, site-wide program and engagement lead position that will help drive key initiatives across the location. The individual will be expected to operate as a strong organizer, influencer, and execution partner who can manage multiple priorities at the same time while working effectively across global and local stakeholder groups. Given the broad scope shared, this summary is framed as a blended PMO, governance, engagement, and site-branding role.

Core purpose of the role

The role will lead and coordinate strategic site-wide initiatives that strengthen engagement, branding, governance, and execution discipline across the organization. The individual will act as a central point of coordination for high-visibility programs, global visitor engagement, town halls, domain learning initiatives, dashboards and analytics, and external-facing branding activities.

Ideal candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be someone who is highly resourceful, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to manage 5 to 6 projects simultaneously without losing structure or momentum.

They should bring a strong global mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels and geographies. This person must be a multitasker who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute site-wide initiatives such as hackathons, town halls, meet-and-greet sessions for global visitors, and domain learning programs
• Own governance and Program Management rigor across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
• Build dashboards, metrics, and analytics to track progress, outcomes, and site priorities
• Bring strong understanding of finance and costing to support site-wide decisions and planning
• Manage calendars and coordination for external engagements and key stakeholder interactions
• Drive branding initiatives for the organization and support efforts that improve site visibility and positioning
• Collaborate across global and local teams to ensure alignment, execution, and follow-through
• Support governance forums, including town halls and related engagement mechanisms
• Work with flexibility across time zones, including overlap with US teams for calls and coordination

• Strong understanding of Technology and related Transformation experience
