Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Programs

• Drive high-impact strategic initiatives across business, growth, and operations
• Work closely with leadership to solve key business problems and unlock growth opportunities
• Build data-backed recommendations and business cases for new initiatives
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify opportunities

Operations Excellence

• Improve operational efficiency across city/category workflows
• Build and optimize SOPs, process frameworks, and execution playbooks
• Drive supply-side and service quality improvement initiatives
• Track key business and ops metrics and derive actionable insights

Cross-Functional Program Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects across teams
• Collaborate with operations, growth, product, and central teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with measurable outcomes
• Create dashboards, reporting structures, and review mechanisms

Future Category Ownership

• Gradually take ownership of a service category / business vertical
• Manage category performance metrics including demand, fulfillment, customer experience, and profitability
• Drive pricing, capacity planning, and growth interventions
• Work towards full category operations ownership

Who Were Looking For

• 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business roles, or category management
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Excellent analytical ability and comfort with data
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute independently
• Experience in fast-paced startups / consumer businesses is a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
