The Manager Planning & Project Control will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring,

and control of large-scale construction projects. The role ensures timely project delivery within approved budgets through

effective coordination, detailed planning, and continuous progress tracking across all departments.

Job Title - Program Manager Projects

The Manager Planning & Project Control will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring,

and control of large-scale construction projects. The role ensures timely project delivery within approved budgets through

effective coordination, detailed planning, and continuous progress tracking across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout for warehouse and industrial initiatives.

Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.

Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams comprising operations, engineering, IT,

procurement, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely design, execution, and commissioning.

Prepare and monitor high level development schedules and cash flow plans based on Preliminary and Final Investment Plans (PIP and FIP)

In conjunction with Design and Procurement lead, prepare weekly updates on design and procurement

deliverables. Ensure tender schedules align with overall development intent.

In conjunction with PMC review and approve Contractors Contract Programs.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules and budgets, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and implement corrective actions as required.

Assess and report on contractors claims and/or entitlement to extension of time, delay and delay affects

including culpable delay, and ensure PMC records are adequately maintain to support all claim analysis and

responses.

Review and contribute to review and assessment of delay/disruption costs in conjunction with

Contract/Commercial lead and PMC.

Provide regular and structured project updates to senior management and key stakeholders, including progress reports, risk status, and financial performance.

Assist in the strict adherence to safety (EHS), quality, and regulatory requirements, fostering a strong safety culture and achieving zero lost-time incidents through proactive inspections, audits, and accountability.

Manage vendor, contractor, and equipment supplier performance, ensuring scope alignment, schedule

adherence, cost control, and quality compliance.

Report and manage project costs, timelines, and scope changes through effective management and financial tracking.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by standardizing project execution processes (SOPs), capturing

lessons learned, and implementing best practices across warehouse and industrial projects.

Ensure continuous feedback into ongoing and future projects for all time and cost related issues.
