Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and structured Program Manager to join our Personal Training (PT) team. This role will be critical in driving high-impact initiatives across centers, including business turnaround, cost optimization, and hiring strategy design. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in solving complex, on-ground operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute strategic PT projects

Travel across multiple cities to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and ensure execution excellence at the ground level

Analyze performance data across the funnel to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities

Develop structured problem-solving approaches and frameworks for scalable impact

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and business teams to drive outcomes

Track key metrics, measure success, and iterate on strategies based on insights

Build and maintain documentation for processes, learnings, and best practices

Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail with a methodical approach to execution

Deep understanding of data funnels and ability to draw actionable insights

Willingness to travel extensively and work closely with on-ground teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in operations or program management roles

Exposure to multi-location business environments

Comfort working with data and performance metrics

Ownership mindset with bias for action

Ability to simplify complex problems into structured solutions

Strong execution focus with attention to both strategy and detail
