Program Manager (Operations)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end classroom operations to ensure smooth daily execution.
• Prepare and maintain class schedules, batch calendars, and faculty timetables.
• Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, operations, and students to ensure classes start on time.
• Track attendance, student progress, and classroom performance.
• Handle trainer onboarding, scheduling conflicts, leave management, and substitute arrangements.
• Ensure classrooms, learning materials, and online meeting links are ready before every session.
• Act as the primary point of contact for trainers and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain operational reports, batch records, and performance dashboards.
• Continuously improve classroom processes to enhance the student learning experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in operations, program management, training operations, or education operations.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple batches, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
• Prior experience in an EdTech, training institute, or classroom operations role is preferred.
