We are looking for someone who drives clarity in complexity.

This role sits at the intersection of onshore strategy and offshore execution, where ambiguity is high and expectations are higher.

We care less about perfect reports and more about how you:

• Cut through the noise and bring structure
• Challenge the assumptions
• Translate business context into actionable direction
• Keep momentum where things are not fully defined yet

What you will be expected to do?

• Act as a point of contact for onshore stakeholders
• Bridge the communication between onshore and offshore leads
• Drive program updates, alignments and execution tracking
• Bring clarity to Energy and Commodity driven initiatives with growing AI integration
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks without becoming a bottleneck

We are looking for:

• Strong grounding in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management)
• Awareness of AI in enterprise workflows
• Someone comfortable being uncomfortable
