Reporting: Director Internal Home Loans

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role is critical in driving execution, coordination, and data governance across the Internal Home Loans vertical. The Program Manager will act as the central node between sales teams, loan executives, and servicing teams to ensure smooth operations and improved conversions.

• Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with sales verticals POCs to drive home loan adoption (align for visits, initial pitch, call patches) and ensure seamless lead flow
• Loan Pipeline Tracking Coordinate with loan executives on lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions
• Servicing Alignment coordinate with servicing teams to ensure data updation from login to disbursal (case to case basis)
• Data Management & Hygiene Maintain accurate daily data, ensure hygiene, and track key funnel metrics
• Dashboard & Reporting Own and update daily/weekly dashboards; provide visibility on performance and gaps
• Issue Resolution Identify bottlenecks, flag risks, and drive timely resolution with stakeholders
• Execution Discipline Ensure adherence to defined processes across teams

Desired Candidate

• 25 years of experience in program management, operations, fintech, or lending
• Strong data handling and Excel/dashboarding skills
• High ownership and execution-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
