Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and govern large enterprise IT services programs involving multiple cross-functional teams, parallel workstreams, and complex stakeholder ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Agile delivery governance, enterprise program execution, risk management, client engagement, and executive-level communication.


The role demands strong leadership capabilities to manage large delivery organizations, ensure alignment between business and technology objectives, and provide strategic visibility to CXO-level stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


Program Governance & Delivery Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery governance for large enterprise IT programs across multiple projects and delivery teams.
  • Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery quality.
  • Establish and drive program governance frameworks, operating models, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure successful execution of concurrent initiatives across application development, integrations, cloud services, data migration, modernization, and support functions.
  • Drive delivery predictability, resource optimization, and milestone adherence.


Agile Program Execution

  • Govern Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple squads and release trains.
  • Facilitate PI planning, sprint governance, backlog prioritization, release management, and Agile reporting.
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.
  • Drive Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence practices.
  • Track delivery metrics including velocity, burn-down, release readiness, quality KPIs, and team performance.


Stakeholder & CXO Management

  • Present program updates, strategic recommendations, delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to CXO-level stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership teams, business sponsors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical and operational challenges into business-oriented communication.
  • Lead executive reviews, governance meetings, escalation management, and decision-making discussions.


Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage multiple delivery managers, project managers, Scrum Masters, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with offshore, onsite, and third-party vendor teams.
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and high-performance culture across teams.
  • Support hiring, mentoring, and capability development initiatives.


Risk, Quality & Financial Governance

  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively and drive mitigation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
  • Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, margins, and utilization.
  • Support contract governance, change requests, and commercial discussions.



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience managing large enterprise IT services programs with multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience handling large distributed teams across geographies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience presenting delivery dashboards and strategic updates to CXOs and steering committees.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, integrations, and modern engineering practices.
  • Strong program governance, escalation management, and risk mitigation capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP / PMI-ACP / SAFe Agilist / Scrum certifications preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services AWS, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers across domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Real Estate preferred.
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance in managed services and enterprise consulting environments.
