Program Manager

We're hiring a Program Manager COOs Office at GIVA, Bangalore.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with the COO and leadership team, driving strategic initiatives across Operations, Customer Experience, Business Transformation, and Cost Optimization. The role requires end-to-end ownership of cross-functional programs, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

25 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Business Transformation, or related roles

Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from inception to execution

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities

Data-driven mindset with a strong ownership orientation

Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments

Preferred:

Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer internet, marketplace, or high-growth startups

Background in Operations Excellence, Customer Experience, Process Transformation, Cost Optimization, or Management Consulting
