This isnt a coordination role.
This is the cockpit of a rocketship - and we need your hands on the throttle.
Revspot is building Indias first AI-native revenue engine - unifying intelligence, targeting, and activation for high-ticket B2C categories. We have grown 100 in 15 months, crossed $1M ARR, and are now scaling with speed and intent.
The Founders Office is where priorities are set, decisions are executed, and momentum is protected. This role sits at the center of execution - translating founder intent into outcomes across the company.
We are looking for a Program Manager Founders Office who can operate as an extension of the Founder: structured, execution-focused, and deeply accountable.
What You Will Own
Founder Execution Support
- Work directly with the Founder to convert priorities into action. Track, drive, and close high-impact initiatives across GTM, operations, and strategy.
Program & Execution Management
- Own cross-functional programs end-to-end define scope, align stakeholders, track progress, and ensure delivery without slippage.
Operating Rhythm
- Help maintain a single execution cadence across teams. Follow up on commitments, surface risks early, and keep velocity high.
Business & Performance Visibility
- Track key metrics across revenue, burn, hiring, and funnel performance. Ensure leadership has clear, timely visibility into what matters.
Investor & Strategic Support
- Assist with fundraising materials, diligence coordination, and structured investor updates.
People & Process Enablement
- Support hiring processes, onboarding programs, and internal operating systems that reinforce ownership and accountability.

Compensation & Structure
- Fixed Salary: 1620 LPA
- Variable Pay: 46 LPA, linked to clearly defined performance outcomes
- ESOPs: Meaningful equity participation, structured for long-term alignment
- Reporting To: Founder & CEO

- Location: Bangalore (full-time, in-office)
