Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of key growth, marketing, and admissions initiatives across teams. This role is about driving outcomes, not just coordination. You will work across Marketing, Student Advisory, Admissions, Product, and IT to ensure:
Initiatives are executed on time
Bottlenecks are identified and resolved
Business goals translate into measurable outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Delivery
o Own execution of cross-functional initiatives (campaigns, product changes, process improvements)
o Break down large goals into actionable plans
o Track progress, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery
Cross-Functional Alignment:
o Work closely with
Marketing (campaigns & lead generation)
Inside Sales (conversion & feedback loops)
Product & IT (platform improvements)
o Ensure alignment across teams with clear ownership and timelines
Funnel Ownership:
o Own end-to-end conversion funnel
o Identify drop-offs and drive improvements across stages
o Track and improve key conversion metrics
Data & Analytics:
o Track funnel metrics and performance indicators
o Build dashboards and reports
o Translate data into actionable insights
Process & Efficiency Improvement:
o Identify gaps in current workflows and systems
o Streamline processes across teams
o Introduce tracking mechanisms and operating cadences
Reporting & Governance:
o Build structured review mechanisms (daily/weekly/monthly)
o Share clear updates with leadership
o Ensure visibility on progress, challenges, and outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Masters
26 years of experience in Program Management / Operations / Growth roles
Experience in EdTech, consumer internet, consulting, or high-growth environments preferred

Strong communication and follow-through
