Were looking for a Program Manager who can own the end-to-end execution of multiple cohorts and ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience. This role is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and builds systems that scale.

Own Program Delivery

Manage and execute multiple cohorts end-to-end

Plan program calendars and ensure smooth execution

Maintain quality across all cohort touchpoints

Drive Learner Outcomes

Own retention, completion rates, and NPS

Identify gaps and improve learner experience

Manage Stakeholders

Work closely with mentors and instructors

Handle escalations across learners and internal teams

Build & Improve Systems

Create SOPs and improve processes for scale

Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions

Collaborate & Lead

Work cross-functionally across teams

Support and mentor junior Program Managers

12 years of experience in Program Management / Operations / Learning roles

Strong ownership mindset and bias for action

Structured thinking and problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple cohorts without quality drops

Experience working with stakeholders

Comfortable using AI tools

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Strong ownership and accountability

Ability to handle multiple workflows with quality

Structured, process-driven mindset

Comfort working with stakeholders and ambiguity

Youll start by executing cohorts effectively and gradually move towards improving systems, driving efficiency, and scaling programs. This role can evolve into owning larger programs or leading teams.
