About the Role: We are seeking a Program Manager - Agentic AI with strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Python, and modern AI development tools. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing both the technical and academic aspects of the program, while driving learner success and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end curriculum, content strategy, and content quality for the Agentic AI program across both Technical (SDE) and Generalist learner tracks.
• Lead and mentor a team of 23 interns, ensuring timely content creation and execution.
• Create and maintain projects, assessments, capstones, and portfolio-building exercises.
• Ensure learners are trained on industry-relevant tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Support learner engagement, academic outcomes, and placement readiness.
• Work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and placement teams to align program outcomes with market needs.
• Continuously update the curriculum based on industry trends and employer requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in AI, software development, technical education, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI development tools.
• Good understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, and deployment concepts.
• Experience creating technical content, curriculum, projects, or learning experiences.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team is mandatory.
• Teaching, mentoring, or prior edtech experience is preferred.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
