Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in:

o Program management.

o System/SoC hardware development with execution ownership.

Strong understanding of:

o Hardware development lifecycle (Pre-Si to Post-Si).

o Package, board design, and bring-up processes.

Proven track record of driving cross-functional hardware programs.

Experience with SoC/platform-level program execution.

Exposure to post-silicon validation or lab environments.

Familiarity with high-speed interfaces, SI/PI, and system integration challenges.

Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Background in technical roles (design/validation/debug).

Strong program management and organizational skills.

Ability to manage complex dependencies and timelines.
