Program Manager 2

We are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven BD / Partnerships Program Manager (PM2) to drive strategic partnerships and scale business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and growth, and requires someone who can independently manage external stakeholders, build programs from scratch, and track performance through data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage end-to-end partnerships with external stakeholders, including onboarding, execution, and scaling.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities through strategic alliances and collaborations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (growth, product, operations) to execute partnership programs.
• Build and own data dashboards to track performance, growth metrics, and key KPIs.
• Analyze data to generate insights and optimize program performance.
• Lead high-impact projects requiring strong ownership and execution rigor.
• Manage stakeholder communication across internal and external teams.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in growth, product, business, or partnerships roles.
• MBA from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Prior exposure to external stakeholder or partner-facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deep dive into data.
• Hands-on experience in building and managing data dashboards for tracking metrics and performance.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries independently.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects/programs with high ownership.

Good to Have:

• Experience in fintech companies, preferably NBFCs.
• Experience working on partnerships with new-age consumer tech or fintech companies (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart).
• Strong track record of stability, with 2+ years in the most recent organization.
