Must-Have Skills

• 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in Program Management
• Strong experience in handling mid-sized complex projects
• Well versed in JIRA
• Experience in ServiceNow
• Strong experience managing Agile teams
• Good project planning, tracking, and governance skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery

Good-to-Have Skills

• OpenStack experience
• Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud environments
• Experience in risk management and escalation handling
• Knowledge of project reporting and delivery metrics
• Ability to work in fast-paced and matrix-driven environments
